Refund policy
Standard Return & Cancellation Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when requesting a return or cancellation of a product you purchased from Monscierge:
- All software subscriptions include a standard 36-month agreement term.
- We do not provide refunds if you decide to stop using Monscierge during your agreement term.
- Subscriptions may only be cancelled upon buyout of the remaining agreement term.
- Please ensure best efforts have been made to communicate and rectify issues.
There are some items, however that are ineligible for return, including:
- Hardware and accessories.
- Services including installation, site survey, revenue review, design consultation, or design implementation.
- Shipping, handling, and/or tax.
Refund Policy
Refunds on subscriptions, services, and hardware are not available, unless otherwise noted by Monscierge.
