Refund policy

Standard Return & Cancellation Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when requesting a return or cancellation of a product you purchased from Monscierge:
  • All software subscriptions include a standard 36-month agreement term.
  • We do not provide refunds if you decide to stop using Monscierge during your agreement term.
  • Subscriptions may only be cancelled upon buyout of the remaining agreement term.
  • Please ensure best efforts have been made to communicate and rectify issues.

There are some items, however that are ineligible for return, including:

  • Hardware and accessories.
  • Services including installation, site survey, revenue review, design consultation, or design implementation.
  • Shipping, handling, and/or tax.

Refund Policy

Refunds on subscriptions, services, and hardware are not available, unless otherwise noted by Monscierge.
